Practical parameter

So we can now predict with some precision the evolution of a group of MCI patients... That´s fantastic! This means that we can now easily say "this patient has a high likelihood to convert to vascular dementia, lets optimize his/her treatment including cardiovascular protective approaches".

This is really a step forward in the current manage of MCI patients. I´d like to be provided with such a test in my clinical practice. Is it going to be commercialized?
