US approach for all nerve blocks

US technique changed the way I do blocks. For the last 2 years I have been using only US to do the blocks and I would not dare do a block without prior visualization. I think not only the block is faster in onset and more intense but also the risk of side effects is lower. I do pediatric anesthesia and I am capable of doing a pediatric block very fast and efficient with US
